Director of Marketing and Sales
Directs marketing and sales organizational strategies by contributing information, analysis, and recommendations to functional strategic thinking and direction.
Meets marketing and sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
* Determines annual and gross-profit plans by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products; analyzing trends and results; establishing pricing strategies; recommending selling prices; monitoring costs, competition, supply, and demand.
Must have BA/BS degree in Marketing or related field
MBA a plus
Must have experience in marketing for a food manufacturing company
(category marketing, trade marketing, etc).
Must have some direct sales experience and be able to run a sales force.
Must have experience with private label branding and marketing.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
